Terms and Conditions

Nabrix is a platform that connects you with local food vendors and stalls near you. Nabrix acts only as an intermediary between you and the vendor — we help you discover food, place orders, and get them delivered. We do not prepare, cook, or sell the food ourselves.

Prices shown on Nabrix may be different from the prices charged by the vendor at their physical stall. This difference may include a small markup to help us run the platform and keep it reliable for you.

A convenience fee may be added to your order to help cover platform operations. This fee will always be shown clearly before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.

A delivery fee may apply depending on your order and location. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown before you confirm your order.

Additional charges — such as a payment-method fee, platform fee, or applicable government taxes (like GST) — may apply from time to time. Any such charges will always be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Vendors on Nabrix operate on their own schedules. An item you want may become unavailable, or a vendor may be closed, at the time you place your order. We'll let you know as soon as we're aware.

Your order is only confirmed once the vendor accepts it. Placing an order does not guarantee that the vendor will be able to fulfil it.

An order may be cancelled if the vendor is unavailable, an item is out of stock, the information you provided is incorrect, or the order otherwise cannot be reasonably fulfilled.

If Nabrix or the vendor cancels your order after payment, you'll receive a refund:

• If you paid online (e.g. UPI), the refund goes back to the same payment method.
• If you paid cash on delivery, you'll need to share your bank account or UPI details with us so we can process the refund to you.

Any discounts or promotional offers may come with their own conditions, validity periods, and usage limits, which will be mentioned wherever the offer is shown.

There is a minimum order value for delivery. Orders below this amount may attract an additional delivery charge, which will be shown before checkout.

Nabrix can be used by anyone. If you are under 18 years of age, please use Nabrix only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Since Nabrix only manages the platform and delivery, we are responsible for issues relating to the app, ordering process, and delivery service. We are not responsible for the quality, hygiene, or preparation of the food itself — that responsibility lies with the vendor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through the contact channels above. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
